AEX was born out of the ashes of known secular band, 23RD. Ian Kaine MacGregor and Ravi Rao were disillusioned with record labels, MTV performances, and years of touring without spiritual reward. They cut their losses and walked away from the music industry. Years later, they reconnected with a shared vision of ministry through music and AEX was born.
